I had severe pain epigastrium on sept 3 midnight. Next day USG was done which showed acute appendicitis. Typhlitis with inflammation of caecum. I have undergone lap appendicectomy on sept 5. Again having pain in umbilical region on sept 15.

USG shows no collection but inflamed caecum. I am on Cefuroxime 500 and metrogyl with aceclo para seratio. Now the intensity of pain reduced. What additional to do?
