Since last 3 -4 year i ve accepted Ksharsutra method for Anal fistula and Pilonidal sinus, In This method we are coring external fistulus tract till sphincter than we canulated ksharsutra to remaining tract. I have given This Topic as Dissertaion to My Post Graduate general surgery students, We are getting tremandous result. If we are able to cannulate internal opening than its result of recurrance is zero.Incontinence is zero for intersphincteric fistula.
Scar is cosmetic. Principle is curtage,drainage,cutting and fibrosis.
