A 42-year-old patient presented with advanced rapidly progressive periodontitis. Before h/o missing teeth replacement. We decided to extract all mobile teeth and replacement with dental implants. We have done immediate dental implants with bilateral sinus lift surgery and immediate. Removal prosthesis restoration.
After 3 months implants at grafted region and fixation of teeth with previously done implants After next 3 months we extended prosthesis to grafted region implants. After next 3 months when patient and doctor satisfied with outcome restored with final fixed teeth. Total treatment time went around almost 12 months. Share your experiences.
