Presenting complaints of 56 yrs old lady: Mobile and decayed teeth Bleeding gums Prominent & visible gingiva Unsightly smile Mobile, decayed, proclined & periodontally weak teeth were extracted and full mouth rehabilitation was carried out with Immediate Load Basal Implants (Simpladent & Ihde Dental, Switzerland). The procedures were carried out under GA as the patient was quite apprehensive. A cross arch metal –acrylic bridgework was cemented within a period of 72 hrs of implantation providing the patient with fixed teeth & a good smile. This interim prosthesis was retained for a period of 1 year.
After 1 year (after complete bone & soft tissue healing) the metal acrylic bridgework was sectioned out. The final Zirconia prostheses were cemented effecting cross arch stabilization in the upper & lower jaws.
