A patient of mine was operated upon with Lobectomy of Left upper Lobe for Adenocarcinoma Lung. I am having following questions. 1. Pathologically it was Adenocarcinoma lung well differentiated pure lipidic type measuring 1.3cm x 1cm. No Lymph node no visceral invasion detected staging T1N0 M0 Question What is the prognosis? 2.
He is having asthmatic problem and secretions since surgery. Though he had an occasional cough and asthmatic problems but never constantly at a stretch. Non smoker non-alcoholic. He is having Salbutamol/Ipratropium Bromide nebulizer and Budesonide & Formoterol inhaler along with for the same time. Please advise management for this case.
