I have got an interesting case.... 12yr female presented to me with her mom. Complaining of sudden palpitations in evening time after sunset... Accompanied by breathlessness... Vertigo and loc... (sometime there is loc and smtime not.. Mother told me about that during episodes she use to bleed fron ear and nose... I examined the ear and nose there was not any trace of blood... Ekg is normal...
CBC normal... Within limits... Put patient onantibiotics and trnexa on 1st day.. Then i realised it to be a psychological... Started sartraline 25mg od and escitalopram in hsod... For 3 day but patient came again and told she had 3 episodes last day... Please tell what should be done in above mentioned case...
