A young married lady of 30 years came to me with the complains of generalised pruritus with some papules , excoriation as well as without visible skin lesions all over the body for more than a years.Her Blood glucose, thyroid,Liver,Kidney funtions , Hb% , Blood film are normal.But she noticed some parasites are moving here and there.She was previously  treated as delusional parasitosi , atopic dermatitis and scabies.I gave her Ivermectin and antihistamin..She found some improvement after a long time.She showed me video pictures of parasites from her body to convince me to believe.During menstruation parasites are found in mentrual blood! Ultrasonogram revealed a cyst in the uterus.Parasites I saw in video very small white colour like Myiasis.I am thinking as it might be Ecchinococcosis and gave her Albendazole 400mg as daily dose.What else need to do now?
