From my college days ,my professors, and now many doctors who have busy schedule used to say to patients that its not my duty to give you injections or medicines, its duty of nursing staff,  I am here to prescribe. I want to ask that is it really right if a doctor deny of giving im/iv/ or any such  like thing to patients, is the doctor guilty and action could be taken against him?
