Govt doctors fined Rs.28.37 lakhs for no negligence on their part & Govt can recover 28.37 laks from doctors salary. It is the fault of manifold workers who fitted Nitrous oxide cylinder instead oxygen cylinder. The only solution is setting up of medical tribunal to deal medical negligence cases.otherwise doctors will be fined even though no negligence!! Recovering lakhs of money from doctors for death during strike & death due to other fault is courts new rule now?
Has any other professional govt employee been fined in India till now? Is this fine order justified?
