A 57 yr old male is contuning Tab. Aten 50,Tab.

Aquazide 12.5, and Tab. Amlodipine 5 mg.for past 3 yrs.The patient has developed oedema in his both legs and forearm.Patient is finding difficulty in sitting on floor and cant walk much.If he stops Amlodipine the oedema subsides.He has tried some other antihypertensives but his pressure started shooting up.His ECG, LFTs & RFTs are within normal limits.
