limbal dermoids are usually unilateral, rarely can be bilateral, involve entire cornea or maybe only confined to the conjunctiva. Incidence is 1 in 1000 or 1 in 5600 or 1 in 3500. The male-female ratio is 3:2 Inferotemporal site is the commonest.
