Dear colleagues, I have a patient with secondary infertility. 40 year old with all hormonal assay within normal parameters. Patient is deceloping follicular cyst after 16th day of the period without use of any ovulation induction drugs.

Can anyone suggest me the modality of treatment in this case. Thank you.
