A 65 years old man reported with pain in upper abdomen which particularly increases with little jerk on bike or any other source of transportation. Pt.had acute pancreatitis, which was treated but resulted in formation of Pseudocyst in body and tail of pancreas. Size initially was 25*27 mm, after further 6 months 68*50 mm on same machine and same radiologist. After further 3 months on different machine and by different radiologist 74*60 mm.
Hb on all these occasions was between 8 to below 10. What is further line of action in management of this case? Please share.
