A 30 years old man, plumber by profession was constructing a septic tank. Co- workers observed him lying unconscious with upward rolling of eye balls. He regained consciousness after throwing water on his face. He ran away in semiconscious state but came back after half an hour, not fully conscious but he completed his work. There were no movements of body, froth at angle of his mouth or passage of urine or stool.
Next day he has to work at second storey. History revealed that he has such type of incident in past also, and he was advised for prolonged course of treatment but, he stopped taking medication after some time because of increased urination. Is it grandmal seizure? What is advice whether to continue assigned work or not ?
