It is relatively uncommon to get Solid Spinal intramedullary Hemangioblastoma. This 13-year-old girl had bilateral LL weakness with significant right LL wasting and weakness and unable to walk without support with bowel and bladder involvement. Below the chest, she had significant graded sensory loss. This video shows the nuances of surgery.
After surgery patient gradually improved significantly. After two months she improved significantly and walks without support. Almost complete resolution of sensory and bowel bladder disturbances.
