About diagnosis and treatment of suspected H1N1 there are government recommendation that children below 5 yrs with sorethroat and fever should be treated with oseltamivir . Do have we treat every soretroat and fever this way ? how many of our children be able to tell about sorethroat ? Do anyone have a comprehensive recommendation ?
