Dear Doctors, I want your opinions regarding a case of 25 yo old patient, She is in 10th week of her pregnancy and asks for an opinion on going for abortion rather than delivering a child. She was diagnosed HIV +ve few weeks back.

Her gynaecologist is out of town and the patient wants to know weather to go for termination or not. Please suggest.
