Sharing my personal experience while working as a teaching faculty at a Medical college in Mathura. I was working as Professor of Pharmacology, from 29.10.20115 to 17.06.2017. During my tenure as Professor, I appeared for 4 MCI inspections and one university - inspection. I was relieved immediately without prior notice and without any valid reason on 17.06.2017. Teachers have been harassed by the Dean.
They openly favor BOGUS faculty members for 15 days holidays in a month. If they can’t go on leave then later on adjusted plus to & fro air fare given just for signing muster to create purported records without doing teaching work! The problems faced by genuine full-time Teachers: by Ex-HoD Pharmacology who herself was a BOGUS faculty visiting the college for 2 weeks a month.
