A 45-year-old woman, who had assaulted her husband thinking he was an imposter, was brought to the ER by her husband. She was also under the impression that her neighbors had the keys to her house and that they had raped her and wanted to kill her. She further believed that her two teenage sons had been killed and there were two imposters living in her house. Medical History The patient had a psychiatric history and had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder 26 years ago. She also had an incident of psychiatric admission in the past.

She had been on oxcarbazepine and risperidone. Around 20 years ago, she had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS).
