a 1 yrs girl accidentally taken kerosine,She was was kept under observation.Her xray was normal. cbc  nad, After 7 days she had increase resp rate with fever with decrease urine out pur, She had shrtness of breath .She is on antibitics for last 7 days.Now as she developed aspiration pneumonitis what else we can give her,Now her resp rate  is 55,Spo2 95% Heart Rate 150 Temp 100
