It might appear very innocuous and the non-issue at first glance! An idea frequents my mind so often and I would like to share it with my esteemed Colleagues to assess the feasibility of putting it into actual practice. These days the floodgates are open and every one whether having any medical knowledge or not takes pride in having pot shots at the doctors! It hurts our self-pride and denigrates the noble profession. Doctors can also err like any other human being.
Mistakes occur either due to the commission which implies some sort of volitional element and due to omission which is due to either casualness or innocence. There is no sympathy or escape for cases due to commission or error/negligence resulting from casualness.
