A 65-year-old healthy man presented to the dermatology clinic with a 5-month history of a progressively enlarging annular rash over his right hand and forearm. Professional background : Farmer Erythema had developed after trauma to hand from agricultural work. Remedies he opted for Topical administration of a mixture of juices and fragments from herbs. There was no improvement in his condition.
