Yes. IT REALLY HAPPENED. During a case hearing, the high court judges were so irritated by the doctor's bad handwriting, they had ordered a typed copy of the medicolegal report. The court said that language and handwriting in the report written by the doctors is so bad even the judges and lawyers couldn’t understand.
The court summoned and asked the doctor who wrote the report about reason for poor writing, to which the doctor said that he did not have a computer and therefore, the computerized copy could not be created. The high court said that medical reports play an important role in any case and they should be in a language and writing that can be read by lawyer and judge.
