A patient aged 22 year old with complaint of severe headache and fever 103 since 3 days . Malarial parasite test negative. Platlet count 1.52 lac.WBC  5000. No other complaints . No abdomen pain .

No body ache . No throat irritation. What could be the diagnosis .
