A 26-year-old female P1 IUFD1, diagnosed case of grade 5 lupus nephritis. she has developed amenorrhea since 4 months with the development of the male pattern of facial hair, beard and hair on the back.She had IUFD at 8 months of pregnancy with preeclampsia with PRESS 1 year back. Presently on steroids and mycophenolate but keen to conceive.

USG -NAD. OVARIES/ADRENAL -NAD. How to manage further?
