In a shocking and ridiculous incident, a doctor who was kept at gunpoint by none else than Parliamentary Secretary of Health and Family Welfare Department of Shillong lodged a complaint. Culprits were in inebriated state and case registered under section 342; section353; section307 and section 506. What is your opinion?
