I have been working as a Consultant Pediatrician at Mission Hospitals, Government hospitals and Corporate Hospitals for the past 14 years. Now I would like to start my own practice. Is it OK? I am scared because I am quite comfortable in the current Corporate job.
But there is no growth (yes financially) in this job and I am not allowed to do private practice.Some of my collegues advised me to rejoin Government service and do private practice. But I feel that in pediatric practice you need to be a Full time consultant. Please advise.
