I have been offered an employment position in a renowned hospital, but I am hesitating to join because I have heard that doctors working in hospital are lazy, don’t want to complete their work, do not want to help other doctors, and it is also difficult to get any medical procedures done in time.    Should I join this hospital or should I setup my own private practice?
