The recent demonetization is surely the biggest policy change that most of us have seen in this country in our lifetime. The debate on whether it is good or bad for the country and its economy, and the political implications are a subject of heated debates, and only time will settle the debate conclusively. Meanwhile, with ever changing rules, policies and economic goals, there is no doubt that this will not merely be a temporary exercise, but will be followed by many other measures that impact the day to day financial dealings for most business transactions.
