The recommended dose schedule for vaccination against hepatitis B is 0,1 and 6 months. As per NCDC guidelines, the efficacy of vaccination should be checked by getting anti-HBsAg antibodies titres done. If antibody titre is >10mIU/ml, then no re-vaccination or booster is required.
