Nine days back a 17 year old girl had pain somewhat colic in rt iliac fossa, Doctor who referred the patient told her and relatives to go to district hospital and have appendicectomy. To us there was no significant tenderness, no nausea, no vomiting, normal TLC,  first USG abdomen normal. Second day again USG abdomen was normal, even though pt and relatives insisted operation. One more surgeon advised operation appendicectomy.Third USG abdomen showed sludge in GB.

Now new finding was discussed to pt and relatives. Patient had no more pain. She was advised follow up and later cholicistectomy. What are your suggestions?
