The most valuable thing for doctors is their Time. Most often, medical representative visits coincide with the patient consultation hours. Now, if I give my time to MRs, I am reducing that time with my patient, which is not fair. On the other hand, MR visits are helpful as they provide me with information about the recent advances in medicine and new drugs available that can be prescribed.

How should I split my time? What is the best way to handle this dilemma? Is online consultation with MRs  a good alternative? Or will it be fair if we charge MRs  for providing them with our time?
