hello dear friends I am working in a private medical college as Assistant professor for more then 4 years.Even after repeated request the owners of medical college (they control everything) are not increasing my salary .I am on same salary since i joined more then 4 years back. I thought of resigning but they are denying to give my releiving order and experience certificate though i have tds proof of my salary from the college and have appeared in MCI inspection all these years for this private medical college.
As to join other private college i have to show my releving order and experience certificate...PLZ HELP ME THANKS
