Case presentation: A five-month-old baby girl was brought to the dermatologist with a history of worsening rash for the past six weeks. The girl was exclusively breastfed. Physical examination: Physical examination revealed wide-spread, erythematous erosive plaques on the arms, abdomen, legs, diaper area, face, and scalp (Refer Fig A and B). Biopsy : Skin biopsy of the rashes showed irregular orthokeratosis and parakeratosis, pallor of keratinocytes in the upper epidermis, and a reduced granular cell layer.
