How to manage patients with h/o amenorrhea who on ultrasound shows smaller sized uterus with thin endometrium while both ovaries are normal and showing follicular deveopment. Is it the case of abnormal receptors but everytime she took estrogen and progesterone, she will have withdrawl bleeding.

Please suggests how to investigate her further?
