One of my patient has undergone a transsphenoidal surgery for Cushing's disease six months back. Very good recovery but post surgery she has been developing recurrent aphthous ulcers. Its comes in crops every 3-4 days, very painfull.
Only medicine she is currently taking is 2.5 mg of prednisolone. Can anyone guide how to manage her aphthous ulcers?
