A sixty year old male presented to the emergency with acute onset retension of urine associated with difficulty in walking. He was treated with foley catheterisation and referred to urologist for further management. USG done showed mild increase in prostate volume (24 ml) with normal transition and peripheral zones. Soon after discharge from hospital in 2 days, the patient started noticing his inability to control urine/heaviness of both lower limbs/ diminished sensation in both soles and pain over both lower limbs and he was started on multivitamin tab and paracetamol.
