Dear doctor , If your society /association as also you consider that all doctors are being unnecessarily harassed by AA on the pretext of PCPNDT Act Please join in the protest on 15th April 2015 As you all know that doctors all over India are being unjustly harassed on the pretext of PCPNDT LAW because all AA'S INTERPRET it according to their understanding and sweet will. The culprits doing Sex determination roam free , the society continues getting it done by unregistered handheld chinese machines owned by the unqualified .If patients can trace these centres AA'S can do it too .
We are not against the law but want the law to catch the real culprits . The only way that comes to my mind is COMPULSORY REGISTRATION of all fetuses {pregnancies} and only on this basis any individual will be allotted all govt facilities of school admission , voter ID ,PASSPORT ,Gas connection etc etc .…
