A 26 years old married lady having small goitre for 3 years. On physical examination, nothing found abnormal. Lady is asymptomatic and not much worried about small goitre.

Thyroid function test also having normal values. Does it need any kind of treatment, like iodine supplement? Does it create any complications later on?
