A 35 years old male patient who is truck driver by profession had low grade fever with sore throat for the last 15days, consulted GP who without any tests prescribed combo of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid for 10 days and tab paracetamol sos.patient got some relief in symptoms but now for the last two days he has cough with expectoration with reddish tinge off and on. Lab.tests showed sputum for AFB ++++, X- ray chest showed a large cavity in the upper lobe of left lung. How will you mange this case?
