There is a pt aged 45 years with h/o menopause few years back. Uterus is intact with h/o endometriosis in the past. She is having severe vulvovaginal symptoms like dryness, soreness, burning sensation.Can we prescribe local Can we prescribe local conjugated estrogens for her?

What about oral isoflavanes? Is there anything else which may help?
