. Hydatid disease is one of the common forms of zoonotic infections caused by the Echinococcus species. The parasite is transmitted to humans through contaminated food and water and is distributed all over the body through the circulatory system. The majorly affected systems are hepatic and pulmonary, and the most common symptom is pain. Here we describes a rare presentation of the hydatid cyst of the fallopian tube and its surgical management.

Case presentation A 30-year-old female presented with complaints of acute lower abdominal pain, fever, and vomiting for two days. The medical history of the patient was remarkable for hydatid cyst of the right lobe of the liver, three years before this presentation.
