An inguinal hernia is a common condition encountered during general practice. It occurs when a bulging is protruded through the weak muscles of the inguinal canal in the abdomen. This acute onset hernia can be managed by therapeutic treatment. Some cases with unbearable pain or complexity may require surgical repair.
