Patient posted for Lower segment Cesarian section (LSCS) G2, age 25 with a history of fever Bronchial spasm+ mild oedema. Platelets 1.28, H R 45-50/min, B P 130/90 Alb+. Decided to go for Spinal Anaesthesia.
So given injection Glycopyrrolate 0.2 mg i/v and suddenly pulse became 166/min and BP 180/120 pt restless with a severe headache. After administration of 10 mg nifedipine sublingually and injection midazolam 1mg, Patient settled after 1/2 hr and came to basic findings. What could be the likely diagnosis?
