Hypertensive haemorrhage  can be due to either   isolated systolic  hypertension or isolated diastolic  hypertension or  both. Hypertensive hemorrhage can occur   in any human  body viscera / cavity. At first,  hypertension will affect vascular  system  & will present  as discomfort, heaviness, pain and later loss of function  of the affected  organ ( Brain  /cranium, Heart  / Cardia  ) due ischemia and  hemorrhage, can be reversible or irreversible  (disability/Death).

Pain should not be killed with  NSAIDS without monitoring the blood pressure  &   first antihypertensive  medicines should  be given/started  to control the  blood pressure as in routine & in the emergency   also &  can limit emergency  morbidity & mortality. Are we giving preference to monitor blood pressure and antihypertensive medicine therapy even in hypertensive instead of  giving pain killers ( NSAIDS )?
