22 yr female wid menstrual irregularity and hyperprolactinemia(47) put on cabergoline 0.5 mg twice weekly. Aftr 4 wks, prolactin levels are below normal but had her periods normal.....wat to do.

Decrease dose or give the same dose once weekly?
