This is a diagnostic workup of a 40-year old woman complained a mass in the right breast. The ultrasound of the mass showed a mixed echogenicity mass lesion with smoothly lobulated margins (refer attached image). The lesion at biopsy was not palpable with the biopsy needle. Normally IDC this smaller in size feels 'harder' when prodding and nearing the lesion to biopsy.
