A female patient aged 40 with h/o pain in wrist joints bilateral since 1 year. No h/o injury or fever. Her ASO titre and RA test is normal and her ESR is 30mm/hr.

Her elder sister also has similar complaints with normal ASO and RA test. Her daughter aged 14yrs has bilateral knee joint pain since 2 years with RA and ASO titres normal. What could be the possible diagnosis.
