A 32-year-old woman with G 2 L 1 P 1 at 37 +2 weeks of gestation presented to labor room in the second stage of labor. She had a previous normal vaginal delivery in her first pregnancy. There was no history of any teratogenic exposure in the first trimester. She delivered a female fetus weighing 2.2 kg with multiple congenital anomalies.
