A 14-year-old girl was referred for palatal perforation associated with regurgitation. (Cover image) Case history: A history of diminished vision and impaired hearing was reported. No history or signs of sexual abuse and no history of STD in parents. Examination: Examinations revealed perforation of about 1cm diameter involving the hard palate.
Upper incisors were peg-shaped and widely spaced.
